 Leader and Entrepreneur, Charles acquired an international management experience starting 20 years ago his career with France Telecom in sales. In 1992 he joined the US group AT&T to launch and market the new "calling card " services in France. Between 1995 and 2000, based in London, he led AT&T Europe calling card activities and internet solutions. In 2000 he created Band-X, first market place for internet services in France. In 2002 he restructured Sprint European subsidiaries .
